Suspected cop killer Eric Frein, who led police on a weeks-long manhunt in eastern Pennsylvania, was slapped with two terrorism-related charges Thursday for comments he allegedly made after his arrest about "his desire to change government," according to his lawyer, Michael Weinstein.
