In yet another blow to Salman Khan, a court here on Wednesday rejected the application of the actor seeking permission for witness of the then Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate of Greater Mumbai regarding a case against him under Arms Act pertaining to the expiry of the licence of the arms used by him during alleged poaching of Black Bucks in Jodhpur on 1-2 October, 1998.
