When NCIS: Los Angeles Season 6 Episode 9 began, Granger gets into a car accident and the team wonders if there is some kind of leak of Hetty's information.

They believe there is a mole. But is there more to it?

In the hospital, toxicology results show he was poisoned by a form of wolfs bane. Someone put one on Kensi's desk, too, adding to the panic, and mystery.

Instead of an evacuation, Hetty orders a lockdown.

There are three employees not at work, while the rest will stay put. Sam and Callen go to check out one employee who called in sick, and find her unconscious.

The surveillance video system was down when the plant was put on Kensi's desk, so the mole clearly knows what's going on. Hetty asks Nell to do polygraphs.

Nell finds out that $50,000 was deposited in Eric's bank account, and he asks for time to figure out what's going on before reporting it and she agrees.

After receiving the results of the polygraph, Hetty admits to treason, but not against the U.S. She also admits trying to kill Granger, but that was years ago.

Eric tells Kensi and Deeks about the money, which they realize was a tactic to distract Eric and keep him busy from other work that might be more pressing.

Right on cue, a co-worker is found hanging.

Helen Trapper from Human Resources has been killed, and the team runs DNA tests on all the non-agents in the building. Eric is brought in for questioning.

Soon enough, one of the employees restrains Eric to get Deeks and Kensi to drop their weapons, using Mr. Beal as a human shield to make his escape.

Eventually, the team captures Carl.

He believes he's going to get a deal for intel and work as a double agent instead of having his espionage go public, but the team has other ideas for him.
